Comfort and glamour should go hand-in-hand, it's important to have the best of both! It's great to take style risks, but stick to silhouettes that make you feel your best.
Please describe your style in three words.
Bold, feminine, and fun.
What is the biggest mistake one can make when getting dressed?
Not ironing your clothes!
Do you believe in role models?
Yes, I do. But I also believe it's good to follow your gut instincts, and create your own destiny, especially in business and design, as every path of creativity should be unique.
What are your favourite fabrics?
Patent leather, laser-cut leather, woven raffias.
Are there any style combinations that you object to?
Mixing sports shoes with tailoring is just wrong on every level!
Which city has the best-dressed women?
Hong Kong.
Would you say that you are conservative or bold?
Bold.
What are the rules, if any, in the way you dress?
Simple but bold dresses, clean make-up, and statement shoes, of course!
Celebrities and style...
Can sometimes be a recipe for disaster. It's just one of those things money can't buy!
Name one garment/accessory that you can never have enough of?
Shoes in every form, from flats for running around, to skyscraper heels for glamorous moments!
A woman should always look like...
She is confident in what she is wearing.
Who taught you what you know about style?
My mum. Since I was very little, she made all of my clothes using materials that I chose from visits to fabric stores. She would then make me a full outfit — all very bold but matching perfectly. And that's what started my obsession with shoes. We only went shopping for shoes, which we chose to match each tailor-made outfit!
How do you select your clothing every morning?
Usually by the shoes that I feel like wearing…
What is your biggest regret?
Neglecting my Prada shoe collection and missing out on key styles!
Do you have any shopping rituals?
Buying online — it's addictive! I buy everything online these days, as I don't have time to get out and about.

A tracksuit.
Which new designers do you follow and why?
Mary Katrantzou, Peter Pilotto, and Eudon Choi. They are all risk-takers!
Who is the most stylish person you have ever seen?
Alexa Chung.
What is the first thing you notice on a woman?
Her hair and shoes.
What are the most treasured items in your wardrobe?
My Mulberry croc leather clutch from 10 years ago, a Mary Katrantzou dress, all of my shoes.
